Welcome to my crazy project where I’m making a web page every week for a year. The purpose of my insanity is simple: to publish new web pages — as fast as possible — so I can test ideas, improve my skills, and make a little extra money along the way.
For the record, this web page does not count toward the 52 web pages I plan to make. Instead, the purpose of this web page is to serve as my creative portfolio, progress tracker, and digital proof of everything I make between 1 April 2024 to 25 March 2025.

#1. HireCheapWriters.com ⤤
HireCheapWriters.com started as a bit of a joke. But it was the spark that ignited this insane project.
The premise is to offer AI-generated writing at an insanely cheap price. While also promoting my standard writing rates of $0.55 CAD per word (which is slightly above average for content).
When I started as a freelancer, I got paid $12 USD for my first ever article — that’s cheap, right?
As my I got better — and hungrier for high paying gigs — I eventually started selling blog content for over $1,000 per article.
However, with the rise of AI, the market value of content writing is becoming more and more questionable.
So far, I’ve had 1 taker for my AI-generated content.

#2. UseOnePage.ca ⤤
To be honest, Use One Page is the core motivator behind this entire project.
My goal is to generate lots of attention to my web design skills and sell one pagers for $750 a pop.
Its an easy-to-execute business model that’s easy to scale.

#3. TBD
I’m still working on this one. Check back soon or connect with me on your favorite social:
- What WordPress theme am I using for these websites? I started using BeTheme back in 2017. Its an incredible theme and I recommend it to everyone.
- Which hosting provider do I use? A few years ago, I used to build and manage all my websites on Google Cloud. When I started offering website design services to clients, I didn’t want to be responsible — or liable — for any hosting hiccups. So I migrated everything to Kinsta and I absolutely love it!
